Terms of sale

These terms apply to every quote and order between you and CPS Biotech (HK) Limited. By confirming a quote you accept them.Last updated 21 October 2026

CPS Biotech (HK) Limited sells lyophilized peptides in bulk for laboratory research use only. We sell to laboratories and distributors, and we may decline any order.

Prices on this site are indicative. A quote becomes binding when we send the final price, quantity, shipping cost and lead time in writing and you confirm it.

Prices are in US dollars per 10 vials, ex works. Shipping, duties and local taxes are quoted separately for each destination.

Band prices apply to the quantity of a single reference in one order.

We accept T/T bank wire and USDT on the TRC20 network. The invoice is issued by CPS Biotech (HK) Limited. Production and dispatch start once payment is received in full.

Bank charges on your side are paid by you. A payment in USDT is counted at the amount received on our wallet.

Lead times and transit times are estimates. We send a tracking number when the parcel is dispatched. In stock: 1 to 2 business days after payment; large orders (500 vials or more): 5 to 7 business days.

If a parcel is held by customs or lost in transit, we reship it once at our cost. You are responsible for any import permit your country requires.

Sealed, unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they do not match the order. Tell us first, and we confirm the return address and the next step.

If you believe a lot does not meet its specification, you may re-test it at a laboratory of your choice and send us the report. When the result falls under specification, we reimburse the test and replace the lot. When the result conforms, the test cost stays with you.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or any use of the products outside laboratory research.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
