Shipping and payment
You order and pay through WhatsApp, against a proforma invoice from CPS Biotech (HK) Limited. Nothing is paid on this website. We ship by express courier, with a tracking number for every parcel.
How an order is placed and paid
Step 1: You send the WhatsApp message
Every quote button on this site opens WhatsApp with the product, the quantity and the indicative price already written. Add your destination country and send it.
Step 2: We reply with the final quote
We answer in the same chat with the final price and the shipping cost to your country. During business hours we reply within 4 hours.
Step 3: We send a proforma invoice
When you accept the quote, we send a proforma invoice issued by CPS Biotech (HK) Limited, also on WhatsApp.
Step 4: You pay and send the receipt
Pay by T/T bank wire or USDT on the TRC20 network, using the details printed on the invoice. Then send the payment receipt in the chat. For USDT, the transaction hash is enough.
Step 5: We confirm and dispatch
We confirm on WhatsApp that the payment has arrived and dispatch the order. The tracking number comes in the same chat.
Payment methods

- In US dollars, to the company bank account of CPS Biotech (HK) Limited printed on the proforma invoice.
- USDT (TRC20)
- To the wallet address printed on the proforma invoice, on the TRC20 network only. Send the transaction hash in the chat as your receipt.
Nothing is paid on this website. There is no checkout and no card form: the order and the payment are agreed in the WhatsApp chat.

Transit takes 5 to 12 days, depending on the destination and the carrier. The shipping cost depends on the weight, the destination and the carrier, so we quote it with your order.

Each product page says which one applies. The tracking number reaches you on WhatsApp when the parcel leaves.
Packaging
- Every vial ships unlabeled, with a plain flip-off cap and no printed insert.
- Vials are packed in trays of 10.
- Each tray is sealed before it goes into the carton.
- Cold packs are added on request.
- The outer carton is plain, with no product names on it.
- Parcels go out in discreet, customs-friendly packaging.
Customs
If customs holds a parcel, or a parcel is lost in transit, we reship it once at our cost. Please check that your country allows the import of research peptides before you order.
Delivery with duties paid (DDP) is available on request for some destinations. We quote it separately, so you know the full landed cost before you pay.
